What do I offer?
Jewels Appraisal offers expert jewellery valuations for insurance, probate, divorce, and resale, covering all your needs. All valuations are carried out by a fully accredited and registered member of the Institute of Registered Valuers (IRV), widely accepted by UK insurers.
Insurance Valuation
Certified valuations to ensure your cover reflects teh true, current replacement cost of your jewellery, giving you full and accurate protection.
Probate Valuation
Certified probate valuations taht meet HMRC requirements, handled with care, discretion, and sensitivity during difficult time.
Division of Assets Valuation
Impartial, court-ready valuations for divorce, separation, or estate distribuition among beneficiaries, based on currect open market values.
Sales Valuation
If you are considering selling a piece, I can provide an impartial valuation to help you understand its fair market value before you decide.
How it works
1. Get in touch -
Contact me with a few details or photos of your piece, and I’ll confirm what’s needed and provide a fee estimate.
2. Assessment -
Your jewellery is assessed in person at my Hatton Garden workshop, using professional gemmological equipment and current trade market knowledge.
3. Receive your report -
You’ll receive a detailed, certified valuation report by email, typically within one week of inspection.
